The telephone number of the Board’s on-call emergency response system and for Major Unusual Incident (MUI) reporting available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week is: 330-678-7559.

 

The Ohio Department of DD also has a hotline number which may be used if there are concerns or difficulties in reporting MUIs to the Board: 1-866-313-6733.
